Questions before you become a Founder?
Founder enrollment is intentionally simple. Here is what your $19 purchase means.
Is the $19 a deposit or the full membership price?
It is the full one-time price for one family member’s lifetime Founding Membership—not a deposit. That member may create or join unlimited Family Heritage Hubs. Included capacity and credits are allocated per member.
Does my Hub name have to be unique?
No. Every family gets the name it wants, even when another family chooses the same name. Leaves assigns a private, unique ID to every Hub and member, so duplicate display names do not create conflicts.
Can my family be members of multiple Hubs?
Yes. The $19 lifetime member fee includes access to unlimited Family Heritage Hubs. A person can belong to an immediate family Hub, an in-laws’ Hub, and Hubs created by extended family and friends.
When does my 14-day family invitation window begin?
It begins when your Family Heritage Hub is activated, so you receive the full invitation period even if you purchased before launch.
Who pays for the other family members?
You may purchase memberships for relatives as gifts, invite them to purchase their own, or use a combination of both.
Can relatives join after the Founder window closes?
Yes. Your family can continue growing the Hub at any time. After the invitation window, new members join at the regular $39 lifetime membership price.
What does “lifetime membership” include?
It provides ongoing core membership access to unlimited Family Heritage Hubs, with capacity and credits allocated to that member. Extra capacity, credits, and future optional premium services may carry separate charges.
When will my Hub be activated?
Founding Family Hubs will be activated in Founder order during the launch rollout. You will receive progress updates and setup instructions before activation.
