How can I trust this platform to launch and deliver what it promises?

Choosing an interview topic
Explore story topics, tap View all to browse all the topics. Tap the Search icon located on the top right to search for a topic you have in mind.
If none of the topics are a match for the story you have in mind, tap the Freeform “Start from Scratch” option.
Recording or writing your answers
Tap a topic to start a story. Tap Virtual Biographer to be interviewed about the topic. Hint: tap the microphone icon to speak your answers.
Answer as many questions as you can and then tap Next on the top right.
Review and edit your answers if desired. Tap Add more details to include thoughts and memories not covered in the interview.
Writing and editing the story
After reviewing and editing the answers to the interview questions, tap Done to continue.
Tap a tone and writing style, then tap Generate Story.
There is no cost to have the Virtual Biographer write the story.
When the story is written, tap any where in the narrative to edit it as desired. You can also instruct the Virtual Biographer to completely rewrite the story. For example, you might say, “rewrite this in the third person with more humor.” Both versions will be saved.
Select the version you like best and tap Next to continue.
Adding photos and videos to your story
On the Enhance Story screen, tap Media to insert photos and videos into the narrative.
Adding narration and music
On the Enhance Story screen, tap Narration to choose a professional narrator, or record your voice to narrate the story.
Tap Music to choose a background music track.
Generating your completed story
Tap Preview and Publish to see a preview. Be patient, it can take 5-10 minutes to produce a story that includes lots of photos, videos, narration and music.
You will receive an email when the story is ready to view. Go back to the Enhance Story screen to make any edits or adjustments.
Downloading or sharing your story
Tap Share to generate a link to your preview story that you can share with others. This is a LOW RESOLUTION version.
Tap Publish to publish the story as a PDF, audiocast, and/or video in HIGH RESOLUTION formats.

Creating your Forever Voice persona
Tap +Create Persona.
Upload a photo and give your persona a name. Enter the name your loved ones call you by.
Adding personality and values details
Select at least three words that describe your personality.
Tap + Add Other to add other words or phrases.
Select the words that describe how you typically give advice, or tap + Add Other to add other words or phrases.
Select the words that represent your core values, or tap + Add Other to add other words or phrases.
Select the words that describe how you want your persona to respond to questions, or tap + Add Other to add your own descriptions.
Add any off-limit topics by tapping + Add Other.
Add optional life lessons and stories
Tap Enrich Voice to expound on your life lessons and upload documents that capture and reflect your life experiences.
Choosing text-only or voice response options
Record or upload a voice sample if you want your persona to answer questions and converse with loved ones in your voice. You can skip this if you want your persona to respond only via text.
Testing your persona
Test your persona by tapping on the chat bubble next to your persona on the home screen.
Ask your persona about your life, or for advice on any topic.
If the response is not accurate or detailed, or doesn’t sound like you, add more details so it can draw on your life philosophies, values, and experiences.
Inviting family to chat with your persona
Tap the 3 dot menu next to your persona profile on the home screen. Invite others to chat with your persona. Their chats are private and encrypted. No one including you can see the contents of those chats.
Updating your persona over time
You can modify or delete your persona at any time. You can also set up multiple personas for different family members and friends.
